The 2023 Flag Football season will begin the week of September 5th on the Holy Angels athletic field. A brief parent meeting will take place at the first practice. Practices are tentatively Tuesday & Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm.
The HA flag program is broken into 2 divisions:
K-1st grade - Fundamentals of Football development - Skills, drills and interleague scrimmages
2nd Grade - 4th Grade . Instructional and focused on the development of the skills and fundamentals of the game. Incorporating plays and weekly games within the SJB Flag football league.
We are focused on helping our youngest athletes develop a love for the game and preparing them for the next level of play.
Flag Football is an internal program to SJ-HAA, and not a CYM-sanctioned sport. Therefore, you only need to register with SJ-HAA for your child to participate. It is not required to register with CYM.
Flag Football athletes do need to complete and turn in the CYM Form A (Consent and Release). Please complete this form, print it out and bring it to the first practice. Your child will not be allowed to practice until SJ-HAA receives the signed form.
